Roads like all other structures need solid and frost resistant sub grades or bases. The traditional way for road construction typically requires excavated material to be disposed of and must be dredged out at a disposal site. The excavated material then needs to be replaced with engineered fill material. The exposed engineered fill material in cases may also required to be treated with layers of lime and then topped with thick compacted layers of aggregate and crushed rock.  These are working steps which, not only involve high machine and labor costs, but also take up a great deal of time, in turn increasing costs.

Our technology replaces aggregate and has re-innovated the old fashioned way of building roads and pavements. It uses native soil and enables the construction of roads within a few days reflecting in a significant saving in material, machinery and labour and enables a faster and modified work schedule.
